Here are some sound samples taken from my compact duo. The Farfisa
was fed into a Studiomaster mixing desk (to get suitable level - no eq)
into a AWE32 soundcard. The samples are mono, 16bit at 44.1kHz, the only
editing I've done is to top and tail dead space at the beginning and ends.
I used CoolEdit v1.34 by David Johnston. Each of the following samples
contains the notes C and F# over the keyboard ( 9 notes) they have not
been normalised so you can see the relative levels. Besides it would take
me too long to take and set up each note just so.
I've not zipped them either as I found the benefit wasn't worth
the effort.
Remember that I had to wind the gain right up to get suitable levels
and so the noise is quite significant. That ethereal space buzz can be
clearly heard which may make sampling/looping difficult.
